At Max and Lily, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the return process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in the original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
